You CAN and WILL get through this stressful time and move through the layers of emotions that are keeping you stuck in what feels like an endless loop of day after day, same old same old. Emotions such as sadness, fear, regret, or anger. Feelings of overwhelm, fatigue, worry, or irritability. Once we uncover and understand the underlying reason for the stress we will transform the negative emotions and feelings to positive ones.

You CAN and WILL decrease your physical symptoms that seem to appear out of nowhere and aren’t going away. Symptoms such as headaches, sleep issues, aches and pains, stomach and digestion issues, teeth grinding, sudden allergies, or skin problems. You will learn how these symptoms are the end result of the stress hormones that are continually circulating in your body. We will also focus on how your specific body symptoms are an important Red Flag that is showing you the buried emotional issues you need to heal. These symptoms are your body telling you that you are out of balance.
No matter how hard you have tried to bury or ignore your emotions from past events, they will always uncover themselves. Often in ways you don’t expect and certainly don’t want. The negative energy of what you are unconsciously carrying affects all areas of your life - especially your relationship with yourself and others.
Repressed emotional stress often shows up as depression, anxiety, physical pain, disease, or addiction (to food, drink, shopping, or anything that creates the feeling of relief you are craving). The emotions show up as reactive behaviours because you are constantly triggered by specific people, places, or situations. This is because your mind and body operate as one complete system and are intricately connected through nerves, cellular connective tissue, and electrical connections. Your emotions affect your physical body and your physical body affects your emotions.
How can I help further you on your path of healing?
I help you understand the link between your past traumatic event(s) and your current life emotional stress and physical difficulties. I teach the reasons of why and how emotional stress results in depression, anxiety, and mysterious physical pain; and how unresolved issues will never go away on their own because they need to be resolved and transformed. Also, it is much easier to be guided by someone who has a personal and intimate understanding of depression, panic attacks, and a challenging childhood - and has risen above it all to be a stronger and better person as a result of those experiences.
My areas of expertise are with:
1 - Women who have been sexually assaulted and struggling to move beyond the emotional pain and looping memories of the event(s). They feel emotionally scarred, wounded and sometimes triggered during physical intimacy. And/or struggling with body image issues and disassociation. Feeling damaged, powerless, shameful and often voiceless, the event trauma has been holding them back from fulling living their life.
2 - Women who have chronic stress as a result of negative life events and are feeling helpless, discouraged, confused, overwhelmed, and alone. The emotional stress is affecting them physically and nothing they have tried has helped them move through the pain and anxiety. They have tried so many things to feel better but nothing has continued to work and they don’t know what else to do.
3- Women who have childhood wounding and trauma they know is keeping them stuck and holding them back from living the life they want. They feel unlovable, unwanted, alone, and numb as a result of emotional wounds and scars they are unable to heal.
Together we identify the root causes of your stress, then through somatic and energy psychology techniques that are personalized to your unique needs (Emotional Freedom Technique, Psych-K, visualizations, and experiential activities) we remove and transform the underlying self-limiting thoughts and beliefs that are causing your stress and difficulties. Then with your new emotional tool-kit we create a plan to quickly move through any other issues and keep you on the path to a happier, healthier stress-free existence where you will wake each morning and get out of bed feeling empowered instead of dreading another pain filled day.
