Welcome Melanie!

Melanie has always had a passion for health and fitness, along with the desire to learn more about the complexity of the human body. This led her to enroll in the 2200-hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, graduating in 2023.

During her studies, she gained an appreciation of the pain-stress cycle and the importance of implementing movement to facilitate recovery. As an RMT, she aims to support her clients' physical and mental well-being through relaxation-focused treatments tailored to their needs. Her treatments incorporate various techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching.

Melanie is always searching for opportunities to further her learning and looks forward to working with her clients to support their goals.

Stephen is a recent graduate, and will be writing his registration exams in September to become an RMT!

While he prepares for his exams, he is offering relaxation massage at a discounted rate. He offers Swedish relaxation massage treatments to assist his clients in achieving their goals. He particularly enjoys giving full body treatments and loves working on backs, shoulders and necks. Each treatment is adjusted to meet the clients’ needs and pressure can be modified.

Laura is available Wednesdays and enjoys working with a variety of conditions, both acute and chronic.

Rachel is a recent graduate and is offering relaxation (non-RMT) massage while she works to complete her registration.

Holly is available Thursdays and her practice focuses on pregnancy and geriatric care.

Vilma will be joining us Tuesdays and Thursdays and has a keen interest in women’s health.
