As you can probably tell from his athletic physique, Max takes his health pretty seriously.⁠ ⁠

He enjoys long hikes with his mom, Dr. Marita Schauch, greeting clients in the clinic, and soliciting belly rubs from any passerby.⁠
⁠
Max has range.⁠
⁠
Unlike most humans in January, Max doesn’t really do New Year’s resolutions. His routine is solid. His diet hasn’t changed in 8 years. He just wants to keep doing the things he loves for as long as possible.⁠

So he got a DEXA scan.⁠

On track for a beagle his age. Strong in some areas. Room to improve in others.⁠
