April’s Soul Nourish Sound Bath carries a special twist…
We begin the evening in gentle connection, sipping warm herbal tea and settling into the space. During this time, Lauren Elfman will be offering individual Tarot readings—an opportunity to receive insight, guidance, and intuitive clarity around what is unfolding in your life.

Lauren’s approach is rooted in her philosophy of clarity and healing through Tarot. As a Reiki Level II practitioner, mindfulness coach, and intuitive reader, she creates a grounded and supportive space for you to tune into your own inner knowing.

Following the readings, we will transition onto our mats for a full-body sound bath experience.
