Gentle reminder to please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes early for your appointment.

I travel from out of town, so I schedule clients closely together to optimize my time, with only 10–15 minutes between appointments.

As well, appointments may be canceled if you are more than 10 minutes late from appointment start time.

Please note that three last-minute cancellations or three missed (no-show) appointments may result in termination of care.

Your punctuality is greatly appreciated and helps keep everything running smoothly!

Thank you for understanding,
Kev

Most of my clients already know, but for those who don’t, we’re expecting a new addition to our family in September 2026 🤍

What this means for my clients:
• I am no longer taking on new massage clients
• I am still accepting new PEMF clients
• I have already started to reduce my current client load

I plan to continue working as long as I’m able, but my end date will depend on how I’m feeling as things progress.

Thank you all so much for your continued support and understanding during this exciting time!

Struggling with arthritis pain or stiffness? PEMF therapy might help 👇

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy) uses low-frequency waves that:
• Reduce inflammation
• Improve blood flow
• Ease joint pain and stiffness

Many people with arthritis, especially osteoarthritis report:
- Less pain
- Better mobility
- Fewer flare-ups over time

Bottom line: PEMF can be a helpful add-on for managing arthritis symptoms. Especially if you’re looking to reduce reliance on medications. But like anything, it works best as part of a bigger wellness plan.

Curious if PEMF is right for you? Send me a message, I’m happy to help!

PEMF therapy can be a great option for general muscle pain and supporting overall nerve function.

It works by using pulsed electromagnetic fields to help improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote cellular repair.

For muscle pain, many people find it helps with soreness, stiffness, and recovery. When it comes to nerve function, it may support better signaling and help with symptoms like tingling or discomfort over time.

If you’re interested, we can set up a session!

Muscle movement during a PEMF session is completely normal!

When pulsed electromagnetic fields interact with your cells, especially in areas with inflammation, scar tissue, or tension, you may notice small muscle twitches or movement. This is simply your body responding to the stimulation at a cellular level.

But here’s the important part 👇

Muscle movement is not required for a session to be effective.

Even if you don’t see or feel any twitching, powerful benefits are still happening like improved circulation, better cellular function, and reduced inflammation.

Every body responds differently, and your results don’t depend on visible movement.

If you’ve been curious about PEMF or have questions about what to expect during a session, send me a message!
