Popeye has been eating spinach for years!
When meal planning, make sure to include some Lutein and Zeaxanthin rich foods (spinach and romaine lettuce π₯¬) and some coloured vegetables (orange peppers and yams) as well!
When youβre filling your grocery basket, make sure to pick up the following eye ποΈ healthy items. Eggs, Oily fish, Kale, Spinach, Sweet potatoes, Apricots, Mangoes, Oranges, Pepper, Broccoli, Olive oil, Almonds, Avocados, Sunflower seeds, Walnuts, Chickpeas and Lentils.
