She has always had a family practice with a particular love for digestive health, pediatrics, thyroid optimization and endocrine/ hormone balance. With a strong focus on nutrition and lifestyle, coming to this office will change you for the better, as we will together create a health plan for you and your family. She is a prescribing naturopath (BHRT and thyroid options), and has a special interest in plant medicine. She is an avid “herbie”, wild crafts plants and creates many of her own teas, tinctures and tonics. Treatments offered include nutritional counselling, lifestyle counselling, botanical medicine, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, homeopathy, and stress management techniques. She is a mother of three, happily married, and lives on a small farm in Wainfleet with her dogs, sheep, chickens, turkeys and rabbits.
