🌿 Self Care in Grief – Upcoming Workshop 🌿

Grief touches every part of our lives, and taking care of ourselves in the middle of it can feel impossible. This workshop is designed to offer practical, realistic ways to practise self care while grieving—no toxic positivity, just gentle, grounded support.

In this session, we will explore:

➡️Everyday strategies to care for your mind and body while grieving
➡️How to make space for your emotions without becoming overwhelmed
➡️Ways to honour your grief while still tending to your needs
➡️Simple practices you can return to on the hardest days

Attendees can expect to leave with a clearer understanding of grief and tangible tools to support themselves (and others) with compassion in daily life.
