In January, we set goals.
In February, we stayed on them.
No quitting. No disappearing. Just showing up. 👊

Cathy committed to weigh-ins and accountability has been everything. Not extremes. Not crash dieting. Just stepping on the scale, learning, adjusting, and staying consistent.

⬇️ 13 pounds down in January & February.

She’s been putting in the work: building strength, improving mobility, and getting stronger every single week. Surgery was once mentioned… but instead? We’re building muscle and proving that strong changes everything. 💥

And the best part? Her energy. Her laughter. The group absolutely loves her.

Gentle reminder that the studio will be closed this Thursday and Friday, with classes resuming as normal on Monday. Even though there are no classes, your fitness journey doesn’t have to take a break. Whether it’s a walk, stretch, home workout, or simply staying mindful of your movement, every small effort counts. Stay active, take care of yourselves, and I’ll see you back in the studio next week!

Wow! Did you guys ever show up for registration today!

With a pretty substantial waiting list for some spots, I only have one Personal Training spot left for February at 7:05 am on Tuesday mornings, a couple spots for Intensity 10 on Tuesday mornings at 6am and a handful of spots for Thursday morning Intensity 10.

Text me at 780-806-1554 if you want to claim any of these openings before someone else snags them!
