An Awareness Ceremony & Retreat for Women Reconnecting with Body, Desire, and Purpose

🌙 Wild & Wise- Weekend Retreat

This deeply restorative, professionally facilitated weekend immersion is designed to support women navigating meaningful life transitions. Guided by Celeste Lemieux, PaT, and Shannon Hurley, RSW, MSW, PaT, of Grass Roots Integration Natural Wellness Centre and Clinic as well as a team of trusted support facilitators, the retreat offers a carefully structured balance of therapeutic support, embodied healing practices, and sacred community connection.

Each day weaves together gentle nervous-system regulation practices — including yin yoga, breathwork, nature immersion, and sound meditation — with meaningful opportunities for reflection, creativity, and restoration. Participants will experience a fully supported ceremonial journey held with reverence and safety, followed by intentional integration to translate insight into grounded, lasting change.

In honour of those who came before us.

Today we recognize the birthday of Terence McKenna, an ethnobotanist, philosopher, and writer whose work helped shape modern conversations around psychedelic science.

McKenna’s commitment to studying psilocybin mushrooms, ayahuasca, and other plant medicines brought attention to their cultural significance and their potential roles in healing and self-inquiry. His lectures, books, and ideas encouraged many to look more closely at the relationship between psychedelics, psychology, and human experience.

On this day, we acknowledge his influence on the
renewed interest in psychedelic research and the ongoing effort to understand these substances with curiosity, responsibility, and respect.
