🌷 It’s officially Spring!
We know everyone in the Walkerton area is eager to start spring cleaning in the yard, but before you grab that rake or start clearing the winter debris, remember these 3 Spring Safety Tips:
1️⃣ Warm Up First: A 5-minute walk around the block gets your muscles ready for work.
2️⃣ Keep it Close: Whether you’re raking or lifting a bag of mulch, keep the tool or weight close to your body to protect your lower back.
3️⃣ The 20-Minute Rule: Set a timer! Take a quick stretching break every 20 minutes to prevent stiffness.
