Lucy’s work is in demand, especially with Lymphatic Massage gaining significant popularity in today’s increasingly health-conscious world. She connects with her clients on a deeper level and is one of the only persons in this area who specialize in Lymphatic Drainage, CrainoSacral & Reiki. Her schedule books up fast – and she’s always booking at least ONE MONTH in advanced!

🌿 Our *Current Clients are encouraged to book at least two months ahead, (if you would like a regular spot and expect to come monthly or every few weeks).

*New Clients – Lucy would prefer to see new clients within 2 - 3 weeks after their *initial* appointment as she needs to get know how the body responds to treatments. (We get this may be tricky as everyone has individual needs/preferences & with what the schedule allows, but this helps her give the best care).

➡️ 3:30pm – 3:45pm spots are a hot commodity! If you need an end of day appointment (as we do not work evenings or weekends) please book ahead! They fill up faster then any other slot.

⌚️Late: The appointment time is there for a reason, to ensure a smooth schedule for all clients. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment OR as a courtesy - 10 mins prior.

Simple ways to heal the Heart Chakra 💚

Practice self-love and self-compassion: Be kind and gentle with yourself. Practice self-care and take time to nurture your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Express gratitude: Cultivate a sense of gratitude by acknowledging and appreciating the positive aspects of your life and the people around you. Gratitude opens the heart and fosters feelings of love and contentment.

Practice forgiveness: Let go of past resentments and practice forgiveness, both towards yourself and others. Holding onto grudges can block the flow of love in your heart chakra.

Engage in heart-opening exercises: Practice yoga poses that open the chest, such as cobra pose, camel pose, or bridge pose. These postures can help release tension and blockages in the heart chakra.

Spend time in nature: Nature has a natural healing effect on the heart chakra. Take walks in nature, spend time near water, or simply sit in a park to connect with the healing energies of the earth.

Meditate on love and compassion: During meditation, focus your attention on feelings of love, compassion, and empathy. Visualize a warm green or pink light radiating from your heart chakra, enveloping you and others with love. Hold a green or pink crystal like rose quartz to boost the meditation!

Practice deep breathing: Deep and intentional breathing can help relax and open the chest, allowing energy to flow more freely through the heart chakra.

Engage in acts of kindness: Perform acts of kindness and compassion towards others. Acts of giving and receiving love can help balance the heart chakra.

🚨Please be aware: Starting on MONDAY OCTOBER 6th, asphalt resurfacing work will begin on the east side of the Durham Street bridge! 🚦🚧

The county says the paving will last until late October. During this time, drivers can expect more alternating lane closures and delays.

⏰PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TRAVEL TIME and it's always curious to show up *10 mins prior to your appointment time.

We know it's been frustrating, but there might be light at the end of the tunnel (bridge) now! 🤞🙏
