Alyssa Fallis - Fitness Friendly Fun

I was diagnosed with a brain tumor at three months so i had to have two surgeries to remove it and since my left foot couldnt touch the ground i had to have a surgery on it to help it be able to to tough the ground so growing up i had to wear a brace on it so it couldnt straighten itself out too. I also have epilepsy as well so growing up i couldnt stop having seizures at school or home and if i had one at school all the kids would stare at me as i was being attended to and the only way i dont have them is by taking medication every morning and night to prevent them from happening and ive gotten lucky with the pills cause i havent had a seizure in over four years now. Because of the constant change of medication not being active and loving food ive always had a problem with my weight I used to weigh over three hundred pounds but since i started playing floor hockey and getting into other sports i want to be more active and live a healthier life style. And since i hate going to the gym or walking on the tread mill for a constant thirty minutes a day i was happy and excited to try the twenty one day fix program. Now since completing the twenty one day fix and eating plan ill never look back on my bad habits and cause i liked it so much i decided to reach out and help others accomplish their goals that they wanna reach.
