A new offering has opened at the Studio!

Multigenerational Regulation Mapping —
1:1 sessions designed to work at the level where patterns don’t begin with you.

This is a structured, somatic process that tracks how inherited patterns organize within the nervous system — and how they continue to shape behavior, relationships, and regulation.

Through guided sessions, we work to:

• identify lineage-level repetition
• differentiate inherited vs personal activation
• build regulation capacity in real time
• interrupt cycles without reenactment

This work is grounded in a a precise framework for working with multigenerational patterns in the nervous system and integrating multigenerational mapping with somatic regulation processes, creating space for recognition without collapse into the pattern.

1:1 sessions now available
Fridays, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

🖥️ Virtual
🧘‍♀️ In person

Offered in a six week immersion offering 1:1 sessions weekly.

A lot of what mothers carry doesn’t get processed. I know from experience—

It gets held.

In her body.
In her cycle.
In her nervous system.

Womb Rhythm is where we start working with that directly. Womb Rhythm sessions are structured, body-led sessions.

Each session begins with:

• baseline tracking (breath, tension, internal pacing)
• mapping where activation or holding is present

From there, we work with:

• cycle awareness
• nervous system patterns
• and how your body organizes around stress, emotion, and depletion

You may notice:

• where you hold tension consistently
• where your system speeds up or shuts down
• how your rhythm shifts across your cycle

Nothing is interpreted for you.

We’re observing, tracking, and working with what’s already there—
so your system can start to reorganize without pressure.

Over time, this becomes:

• clearer body awareness
• more stable regulation
• and a different relationship to your own rhythm

Sessions are available on Sunday 9-5. Offered in six sessions across six weeks or one session. Instalment payment plans available.

Whatever you’re doing this weekend, ladies:

Remember you’re a warrior in these uncertain times.

Creating safety and regulation for those we love is a highly underestimated skill that we have, and is only just starting to receive the attention and respect it deserves.

While we navigate these times together, I wish you safety, strength, softness and love this weekend.

A prayer that you are head over heels in love with yourself today and everyday 💃

When the nervous system is active, it’s changeable.

That’s when patterns can shift 🤙🏼

Thursday nights at the studio are being introduced as two alternating, small-group experiences, both grounded in how the nervous system processes emotion, memory, and patterning.

Every other week, I will be holding AMR Community (Ancestral Music Repatterning).

This is a guided, music-based session where familiar songs are used to access stored emotional memory.

Music activates the parts of the brain linked to memory and emotion simultaneously, allowing the body to surface and process what hasn’t been fully integrated.

You’re moving through it in real time, with support for pacing, regulation, and integration.

On alternating weeks, I will be offering AMR Guided Meditation — Inner Teenage Girl.

This is a slower, internally focused session working with identity, memory, and developmental patterning.

We work with the part of you that formed during early emotional experiences—where many relational and nervous system patterns were established.

Through guided tracking and somatic awareness, you begin to:
• recognize these patterns
• separate from them
• and shift how you respond to them

These sessions are offered as a contained monthly membership, not drop-in.

The nervous system changes through repetition and integration over time, not one-off experiences. Most of us do this practice naturally— this is simply a space to bring awareness to it.

The first container begins in June.

Spots will be limited to maintain the integrity of the space.

Becoming an ancestor is a biological phenomenon that is actually very meticulous. This phenomenon begins before your own development, within oocyte formation, where maternal transcripts are selected, stored, and regulated in advance of fertilization, establishing how energy is produced and how stress responses are organized at baseline.. Everything about you was deemed integral by your DNA. My ancestors believed there was wisdom held in the ability to carry and transmute grief.

These patterns are carried forward as functional states in the body, shaping respiration, muscle tone, and nervous system thresholds that determine how incoming load is processed.

Grief moves through that same system as a physiological process, presenting through breath restriction, chest pressure, vocal inhibition or release, and cyclical recurrence through memory, dreams, and environmental triggers, continuing until it has been witnessed within a relational context.

The Seven Generations framework places the individual within an active continuum where inherited regulatory patterns, relational structures, and emotional imprinting are received and expressed through the body across time.

The present generation holds the point where these patterns are observable during activation.

This is what I mean when I say physiological shifts occur first: Breath changes. Attention reorganizes. Muscle tension increases or releases.

All Her Work's "Reclaiming HER Rhythm" grief program is structured to engage at that level, following a progression where stabilization establishes baseline regulation, access allows controlled activation through rhythmic and sensory pathways, and integration reorganizes how the system completes and recovers from activation.

Each phase corresponds to a measurable shift in the body, including increased tolerance for activation, completion of stress cycles through breath and movement, and reduced duration of sustained load.

Pattern recognition becomes linked to physiological awareness.

Response changes at the level of continuation.

What is carried is reduced in duration.

What is reduced alters transmission forward through the same regulatory systems.

Spaces for these sessions are limited and filling up quickly, I am currently offering both a six week container, and a "try it out" session available.

If you've been feeling the call in your body to accept your ancestral purpose-- this work is yours too.

Grief in my ancestry is an entirely different process than what most people are taught to expect.

These teachings changed how I process reality at the level of the body.

Let me explain.

I have always been open about my life because storytelling organizes experience over time. For a long period, those stories carried shame, and that shame tracked directly with unprocessed grief that had been held in the system.

Avoidance reorganizes the body.

Respiration shifts, muscle tension patterns hold, and stress chemistry remains active without completion. Over time, this calibrates baseline regulation, attention, and response thresholds.

These changes accumulate.

Chronic exposure to unresolved grief activates stress pathways, alters cortisol rhythms, and reinforces pattern detection and vigilance within the nervous system. Across generations, repeated exposure to similar conditions builds consistent physiological responses in descendants through developmental programming.

In my ancestry, grief is carried as a moving process.

It lives in the body, in breath, in the environment, and it returns through cycles, memory, and dreams until it has been witnessed.

There is space for it to move.

Silence holds it.

Stillness allows it.

No immediate direction is applied.

The body processes at its own pace.

Sitting with grief in this way changes the system over time.

Physiological responses begin to complete rather than remain active. What was held in cycles begins to shift through breath, voice, and sensation. The system reorganizes as load moves instead of accumulating.

This includes inherited load.

Lineage-level exposure to attachment rupture, loss, and instability produces stress-calibrated systems in descendants. Pattern recognition, endurance, and cyclical burnout emerge within that structure as adaptive responses to repeated conditions.

The body carries continuity across generations.

The same patterns appear.

The same responses activate.

Acknowledgment brings them into awareness.

Movement allows them to change.

The process continues until the system no longer needs to hold it in the same way.

The Regulator:

You register patterns early.

The body initiates the response first, and that response is physiological. Respiratory rate shifts, intercostal muscles engage or restrict, peripheral tension changes, and attentional focus reorganizes toward the detected variable.

This occurs prior to cognitive labeling. Your level of awareness of others needs is biological.

The nervous system has already classified relevance and allocated resources before conscious recognition.

The Regulator practitioner program is built at the point of entry, where load is first taken into the system.

It trains real-time detection of that physiological shift and interrupts the continuation of the response, so activation does not extend into sustained load.

The mechanism is not perception.

The mechanism is actually retention.

The pattern holds in how long the response is carried after initial activation.

Registration opens in June.
Stay tuned for details.

“Each time a woman stands up for herself, she stands up for all women.”
— Maya Angelou

03/28/2026

There is a reason it keeps returning 🩷

Grief does not move in a straight line, it moves in cycles, through seasons, through the body, until something in it is seen.

In the systems this comes from, that “being seen” was never meant to happen alone. Grief is held in the presence of others first, and only later carried individually.

The body does not regulate itself in isolation.

Breath changes in proximity to others. The nervous system settles when it is not the only one holding what is moving.

The cycle shifts not because the grief is gone, but because it is no longer being carried by one system alone.
