Small shifts= big changes
I will say this over and over, our bodies know the jobs they have to do. Yes at times we overstimulate them, we feed them things they shouldn’t have, and we don’t give them as much rest as the require.
So let’s shift that. Not by doing anything huge, but by taking the simple steps.
