Aromatherapy & Brain Health — This One Really Hit Home for Us 💜
I came across this incredible new study (linked below) showing that nighttime aromatherapy boosted memory by 226% — yes, really! Researchers found that diffusing essential oils for just 2 hours a night over 6 months strengthened memory and improved brain connections.
What I love most? It’s simple, gentle, and something we can all do at home.
A diffuser. A few beautiful essential oils. Consistency. That’s it.
This really hits home for us, especially as we support aging family members and see firsthand how difficult it is when memory starts to slip — forgetting names, moments, and familiar faces. Anything that can support the brain naturally and gently is worth exploring.
