From December 1st to 19th, we’ll be collecting donations for the Flamborough Food Bank to help support local families this holiday season.

We’re gratefully accepting any and all non-perishable food donations, but some of the most needed items include:
• canned vegetables & tomatoes
• canned fish
• canned brown beans & mixed beans
• pasta & pasta sauce
• gluten-free items
• peanut butter & jam
• cooking oil
• cereal & oatmeal

Our first community event of the year was a success! We set up yogashala.wellness ‘s Annual Open House, drank coffee, visited with the ponies, and even snuck in some Dry Needling demonstrations.
