At Knead To Flow, we offer massage therapy—including lymphatic drainage—to reduce stress and support immunity, nutrition support with Min, our Registered Dietitian, and psychotherapy with Tanuja for integrated care that supports your body, mind and spirit Founded by Alice, a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a deep-rooted passion for helping others, the practice blends clinical expertise with the calming essence of spa-inspired care. Alice’s journey began in the spa industry as an esthetician, where she discovered the profound connection between relaxation and well-being. That calling led her to become an RMT in 2018, and she has since expanded her training to include Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Prenatal Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Cupping Therapy. Her client-first approach brings a sense of calm and compassion to every treatment. Knead to Flow also offers nutrition support from Registered Dietitian Min, and psychotherapy services are coming soon—creating a space where healing happens from the inside out.
