Get to know Trupti Munshi one of our Physiotherapists! Trupti has 16 years of experience as a physiotherapist!

In addition to her experience with musculoskeletal conditions, Trupti is certified in pelvic health physiotherapy and works with women and children to improve pelvic muscle strength and address concerns such as incontinence, pelvic pain, and prolapse. Inspired by her own pregnancy and childbirth journey, she developed a passion for supporting post-natal women and improving access to pelvic health care.

She combines musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pain management, and pelvic health physiotherapy to provide comprehensive care that addresses both symptoms and root causes, helping patients return to daily activities with greater comfort and confidence.

Outside of the clinic Trupti likes to dance, travel, and try different foods and restaurants! Trupti is also a big time dog lover!

Get to know Jemal Anderson our Registered Massage Therapist! Jemal has 26 years of experience in massage therapy, 21 years of experience in acupuncture, and 18 years of experience with red light/ laser therapy.

In combination with his extensive experience, Jemal has a passion for taking away his patients’ physical and mental pain! Laser therapy helps the body heal faster and is perfect for reducing the pain and inflammation of new or acute injuries that might be too sore to treat with massage therapy. While acupuncture can help with physical pain relief, you may not know that it can also be used to treat mental health symptoms for anxiety, depression, and ADHD! Acupuncture can promote better sleep, concentration, and focus!

Outside of the clinic, Jemal enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and his dogs enjoying the nice weather outside. Jemal also enjoys an active live to ensure he maintains his mobility and independence so that when the time is right he can make the most out of traveling!

🚨Reminder: Khizar has extended availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 am - 7 pm and certain Saturdays! Khizar is FCAMPT certified meaning he is highly trained in manual and manipulative therapy modalities. Khizar also offers acupuncture, as well as vertigo and concussion rehabilitation care! 🚨
