This client came to me with severe acid reflux. And age was worried that she wont be able to fast during Ramadan because she was trying to make up her fasts before Ramdan and it was difficult for her. I prepared for her pesonalized protocol.

We live in a world of quick fixes and 30-day challenges, but real health and lasting results don’t happen overnight.

The human body REQUIRES fat to function normally.

✔️Fat burns and provides fuel to the body. It is one of the three macronutrients the body requires for maintaining body energy (along with protein and carbohydrates).

✔️They increase our metabolism.

✔️They help us feel full and satiated, and they don't spike the blood sugar level.

The changing colours, back to school for the kids, and the end of summer.
