In this video, Head Strength and Performamce Coach Neil walks you through 3 of our most-used tests:
1️⃣ Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull: Tests full-body maximal strength — a safe, repeatable way to evaluate force production and track strength gains over time — essential for athletes and anyone building a stronger foundation
2️⃣ Squat Jump: Assesses lower-body strength and power together — isolates your ability to produce force from a static position — showing how well your training transfers to movements like sprinting, jumping, or lifting
3️⃣ Countermovement Jump; Measures explosive lower-body power — a key indicator of athletic performance. For athletes, it helps track improvements in speed and jump height. For everyday members, it reflects how effectively your body produces force — meaning better performance in sport and daily life
