Courtney is a new addition to our amazing personal training & group fitness team, and sheβs all about making training fun, motivating, and just challenging enough to leave you feeling strong and confident.
With a background in Fitness & Health Promotion (Conestoga College) and certifications in cycling, strength, resistance, and mobility, Courtney has coached it all β HIIT, TRX, Pilates, Ride, Hatha Yoga, and more. No matter the class, her mission stays the same π help you feel capable, empowered, and excited to move at any stage of your journey.
Off the gym floor? Sheβs camping, crafting, and soaking up the sun β and yes, that creativity shows up in her coaching. Every session feels like an experience, not just a workout. β‘
