Who is this for?
Community members of all ages interested to learn about seasonal affective disorder ( a common experience in winters), looking to manage stress and practise mindfulness in everyday life.

Meeting point: West Gazebo, Waterloo Park, Waterloo
Entrance: 66 Father David Bauer Drive

Light refreshments and Chai/Coffee will be available.
