‼️OUR NEXT POSTPARTUM GROUP STARTS SOON - Reserve your seat today ‼️

✨If you’re on the fence about group therapy, we hope you’ll take the leap and join us! We get incredible feedback from our group moms - they’re always so glad they joined.

✨Motherhood is a team sport! We crave connection and long to feel understood - but we don’t always know how to get the SAFE authentic connections we desire.

✨Whether you are in your first postpartum or fifth, this season is tender, and having a proper village has become hard in our society, but it’s essential.

✨Part of why creating a village can feel challenging, comes down to the intensive parenting values deeply instilled in our generation - parenting is full of taboo topics and open “mom groups” on the internet can feel unsafe to many for fear of judgement and negativity.

✨We created the Village Postpartum group out of our own desires - what we wish we’d had in the postpartum stage ourselves. And because we know the delicate landscape of parenting first hand, we know how beneficial it is to have a trained therapist guiding and mediating to ensure safety amongst group members.

📅 Join Britni Chambers, a Certified Perinatal Therapist, and mom, for the next round of this special group - starting February 26, 2026.

✅ Book a free consult today to see if this group is right for you - seats are filling quickly, we hope you can join us! Link in bio.

“So, when are you having kids?” 💔 Navigating day to day life carrying the weight of infertility is often an invisible grief, making it that much harder. Navigating pregnancy announcements, children’s birthday parties, and that insensitive, gut punch of a question about when it will be your turn.

We see you. We’ve been in your shoes - what most need in this challenging time in our lives is to be surrounded by others who truly understand - where we don’t need to explain, where we get to process our journey and feel less alone in it.

🌱Our virtual (In)Fertility Support Group starts February 2nd - providing the community you crave. It’s open to all residents of Ontario.

🗓️This 8 week closed virtual group will meet on Monday evenings from 7-8:30pm - come as you are, cozy drink and comfy clothes encouraged.

✨ Join Britni Chambers, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with extensive training and certification in reproductive trauma and perinatal mental health - and a human who has been in your shoes.

This therapist-led group offers a unique level of safety - our clients have shared that sometimes, without the right professional holding the space, groups can go sideways when tackling tricky topics - safety is a prerequisite for the magic of group therapy to unfold.

Whether you’re facing unexplained infertility, failed treatments, grieving loss, or sitting with the exhausting question of “why am I not getting pregnant?” - you deserve to be truly seen, and feel less alone 🧡

Putting the finishing touches on this workshop for the always amazing and totally FREE Nurture and Thrive parent group coming up this FRIDAY JANUARY 9th in person at Encompass Health & Wellness in Kitchener!

In our clinic this topic is discussed in therapy rooms daily. Parents are under more pressure than ever before to “get parenting right” while under-resourced in a way we’ve also never seen before.

The combination is burning us TF out. And the perinatal period is so tender - we LOVE our baby/babies SO much, we just want to do right by them. We are so afraid of messing our kids up, and many of us are consumed by guilt when we inevitably do “get it wrong”.

If you’re in the postpartum grind, please plan to attend this FREE workshop and mini support group, led by Certified Perinatal Therapist, Christina Page. Together we’ll unpack this topic:

-What is driving the impossible parenting standards of today
-What do children ACTUALLY need to thrive
-How do we release perfection and embrace authentic, messy relationships with our child(rem)

Follow the link in bio and register to reserve your FREE space in this free workshop/mini peer support group today! Come as you are, babies welcome as always💕

🙃 Sh*t hitting the fan as an ADHD mom?

We created the ADHD Mom Collective for YOU, because we are ADHD moms ourselves and we get the insanity that comes with raising children with neurodiversity humming in the background.

For so many women with ADHD it is when we have a child that our “coping” and “masking” tools no longer cut it...maybe it was actually becoming a parent that first illuminated for you that your brain might be different.

✨ This group will provide you with a manual for how to do life as a parent with ADHD. You don’t need a diagnosis, many folks who join us suspect they may have ADHD and find this group to be a game changer.

Open to all Ontario moms in the early-ish years of parenting (moms of teens and adult children we see you, and we have other ways to help you!).

We offer this group virtually, so join us from the comfort of home, comfy clothes and cozy beverage in hand!!

💜 You deserve to have your needs met, and carve this time out for yourself; we hope you can join us!

📅 Our next group will be a twice weekly noon hour group meeting Wednesdays and Fridays, starting Wednesday February4th - seats are filling up, book a FREE consult today to see if this group is right for you!

So what if you DO feel called to adjust your routines and habits this new year? If you’re feeling exhausted, over it and feel that pull towards a reset….this is for you!

Go easy, friends - and be mindful of the content you consume in January. We are sold ideas about radical transformation in the New Year, and most resolutions just do not stick.

It’s easy to slip into all or nothing thinking - a place that feels comfortable for so many of us perfectionists. Go hard, set your sights high, work on many goals at once.

For most of us, going hard will eventually shift to the opposite, and then guilt, shame, and self criticism come out to tell us we suck if we don’t achieve the lofty goals we are deeply discouraged and stop.

There is no big secret here, just old wisdom reminding us that for the majority of us, the cold, dark months are a call to slow down, reflect and rest.

And with that said, this season is ALSO one where many folks feel symptoms of depression sneak in, and so the art of January is learning what the balance is for you - how do you release perfectionisms pressure to achieve, but slowly, steadily build rituals of self tending?

Gentle January is a moto I encourage you to adopt!

Your January doesn’t have to look like everyone else’s. Perhaps some around you are setting big goals and talking about fresh starts. Meanwhile, you’re just trying to get through bedtime without losing it.

Here’s what no one tells you: January doesn’t have to be the month you transform your entire life.

The holidays just happened. You’re probably still exhausted. You might still be in pajamas at 2pm. Your house might be a disaster. Your kids might still be completely off routine and FERREL. And all of that? Completely normal.

✨ You’re allowed to ease into January slowly.

✨ You’re allowed to have zero plans for self-improvement.

✨ You’re allowed to just... rest.

Not every season is for hustling. Some seasons are for surviving—and that’s enough. So instead of asking yourself what you should be doing differently this month, maybe ask: What do I actually need right now? What’s calling for my attention? What would make this season feel a little more manageable?

Take what you need. Leave what you don’t. 💛

‼️ Protect your relationship AND mental health before baby arrives.

Most couples preparing for baby spend hours planning the nursery, choosing the “right” stroller, and learning about labor, but almost no time talking about what happens to them after baby arrives.

✔️ Here’s the truth: The perinatal period is one of the most vulnerable times for new parents. 1 in 5 moms and 1 in 10 dads will struggle with postpartum depression or anxiety. Relationships often take a hit. The new mental load, beyond what we’d imagined. And most people don’t fully see it coming.

✨ This free 1.5 hour virtual workshop gives you the tools to build resilience before you’re in survival mode.

YOU’LL LEARN:

✅ How to identify and reduce the risk of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders & what you can do NOW to build resilience for a smoother pregnancy & postpartum

✅ The most common pain points new parents experience so you don’t feel blindsided

✅ How to create a customized postpartum plan to support yourselves as a new parenting team

✅ How to be there in meaningful ways for your birthing partner (& yourself!) and where to go for help

✨Join me, Christina Page (MSW, RSW, Certified Perinatal Therapist & WFP Founder), on Sunday, January 11th from 2-3:30pm for this free virtual workshop.

This isn’t about doing everything perfectly—it’s about going into parenthood with your eyes open, realistic expectations, and a plan for when things get hard (because they will, and that’s normal).

🌿 Open to all expecting parents in Ontario. Link in bio to register - book now, spots are limited!

Does December ever go to plan when you have young children?

🤒 Here we are again, just a few days before Christmas: two sick kids, movies and Motrin on repeat, and me and my husband trying to squeeze in the last hours of work we need to wrap for the year.

This is not what I planned for this week. I had a list. I had last minute errands. I had a vision of seeing holiday lights and tobogganing as a family - as a healthy family!

But here’s what I’m learning, again, because I apparently need to keep learning this lesson: I can’t control this. I can’t make them healthy for Christmas. I can’t force the week to go according to plan.

✅ I CAN surrender to what is. I can show up for what’s in front of me. I can let go of the fantasy version of “getting ready for the holidays” and accept the reality of movies, Motrin, and doing what we can from the couch. It’s cozy, and the vibe is still vibing. I can be grateful for all we have and work to let go of perfection.

This is parenting. The plans fall apart. The kids get sick at the worst possible time. The week you need to be productive becomes a week of survival mode.

And somehow, we make it work (because we have no choice 🥴). We adjust. We let go. We find the pockets of peace in the mess.

If your December isn’t going according to plan either…solidarity. We’re all just doing our best with the cards we’ve been dealt.

✨ Wishing health to all the families navigating sick kids this week. May the meds work quickly (and may they not fight you to take them!!) and may the screen time guilt be low💕

🎄 It’s that time of year again!

As a primarily virtual team spread across Canada - with some of us as far as England and Costa Rica, the WFP team has learned to be really intentional about opportunities to connect!

Our virtual holiday gathering is a beloved tradition - we really know how to make a virtual party 🔥🔥🔥

As a relatively new practice owner, these gatherings really drive home how special this incredible team really is🥹 I can’t help but feel so much gratitude for the work we do and the community we’ve built together.

✨Looking forward to another year of supporting parents as they build whole, thriving family systems for generations to come!
