The holidays can throw off all our routines, and that’s true for kids too!!

If your child struggles to leave fun activities, it’s not bad behaviour, it’s communication. One thing that really helps is planning the next special moment before you leave. It can be something as simple as a favourite book, a Christmas milk (frothed milk with honey and sprinkles), or a quiet moment together.

That way, when it’s time to go, you’re not ending the fun — you’re shifting it. 🥰
