When therapy feels meaningful, engagement follows. 🦖✨
In this session, we incorporated a preferred dinosaur activity using a visual hologram effect to naturally increase attention and participation.
While the child was immersed in something they genuinely love, we targeted:
• Naming and expanding language around dinosaurs
• Following instructions within play
• Sustained attention in a shared activity
This is what neuroaffirming, client-centred care looks like. We don’t pull children away from their interests — we move toward them.
When learning is motivating, skill development strengthens.
