RMT’S side hustle.

We are very excited to welcome Madeleine Cooper, RMT, CDT, DOMP, DScO to Achieve Wellness Centre. She has a high level of clinical education and knowledge along with a passion for patient care.
She received her Osteopathic Manual Practitioner designation and Diploma in the Science of Osteopathy from the Canadian College of Osteopathy, a 5 year program, having completed her thesis titled, "The Effects of Osteopathic Manual Therapy During End-Of-Life Care". Prior to that, she graduated as a Registered Massage Therapist from Sutherland Chan. She specializes in lymphatic drainage, having been certified in Combined Decongestion Therapy.
"My mission is to help you find a place of repose – a state of rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation where you can feel your best."

Look familiar?

Can you believe that this was what Caroline Street looked like in 1972?

The street has changed a lot over the years, but the historic Seagram's Distillery Warehouses have remained. They were built in the 1890s to store barrels of whiskey, and in 1999, the two buildings were converted into luxury lofts.

Today, trees have replaced the boxy distillery buildings and the historic warehouses have become the focal point of Caroline Street in Uptown Waterloo . That's an improvement, we'd say!
