THOSE WHO DON’T BELIEVE IN MAGIC WILL NEVER FIND IT
I’m a big Harry Potter fan. I love magic. I believe in it and have ever since I was a little girl. Belief is a big part of creating magical outcomes.
Belief that it’s possible
Belief in yourself.
Belief in your ability to create the life of your dreams!
I had a client who was in a corporate job who felt stuck. She has been in the same job, earning only yearly cost of living increases for 15 years and thought she would be there in that job for the rest of her days.
She couldn’t see another outcome. But we worked through releasing her mental and emotional blocks, past traumas and limiting beliefs and pretty soon she had the courage to identify another opportunity she was interested at her company. An opportunity she thought would be more fulfilling and hopefully pay more money.
Problem was, the job wasn’t available and it didn’t look like it was going to be anytime soon. But magically, within 3 months, the person who had been in my clients “dream job” for many years suddenly resigned!!
Next thing you know, my client was working in that very job she dreamed of and got a 10% increase in pay!
Just like magic.

BE OPEN TO ABUNDANCE COMING FROM ANYWHERE
As entrepreneurs we usually focus on our business as being the channel through which the Universe will deliver the abundance when we become conscious creators.
But doing that often hinders the delivery of that abundance to you. Remember that the Universe can deliver through any number of channels.
Your business is just one channel.
Another channel could be an unexpected tax refund - yahoo!!
But we often confuse things and focus on our business as the Source of our income when it isn't always so.
Our business is just one of many channels through which the Universe or Source can deliver the abundance.
So, be open and relax. Even if the sales aren't coming in through your business, the Abundance can show up in another way.
Now doesn't that take the pressure off a little bit? 😊

DECLUTTER TO BRING IN MORE ABUNDANCE
Law of Attraction teachers will often talk about decluttering as a way to bring in more abundance but in a physical way. They teach you to clear out the junk in your environment as a way to attract your desires.
But, it’s essential to also declutter your mental and emotional environment.
Without doing so, you’ll find it a lot harder to take the steps needed to grow your business INCOME. 💰
Decluttering your mind and emotions helps to free up more creativity and inspiration.
It also helps to build confidence and belief in your vision of success.
And, helps you to be more resourceful in serving your clients.

THOUGHTS DON'T CURE THEY AMPLIFY
There's a lot to be said for positive thinking. The Law of Attraction teaches us that "what you think about, you bring about". So, be careful with what you are thinking because the Universe might see that as a wish and grant your request.
But keeping your thoughts positive can often be a challenge especially when we've been in the habit of negative thinking for a long time and...when those thoughts are fueled by negative emotions, traumas and experiences.
Often the mind focuses on problem solving. And, that has served us humans well throughout history. It’s the reason we’ve survived for thousands of years. But now that (in most parts of the world) we don’t need to worry about escaping a tiger or finding food and shelter, focusing on problems only makes them bigger.
You might think that the next step is to focus on the solution instead but it’s much more than that. Instead, focus on the outcome. Focus your positive thoughts and positive feelings on being where you want to be NOW.
You can do that by journaling, visualization or daydreaming.
I use a very powerful mindset technique to help my clients facilitate the visualization process. In fact, one client who had a terrible fear of public speaking was able to overcome it with this technique.

CLIMB THE EMOTIONAL LADDER TO SUCCESS
If you're familiar with Abraham Hicks then you know that they talk a lot about getting to a better feeling place using the emotional scale.
But, it's pretty hard to go from the bottom of the scale (despair) all the way to the top (joy) at once.
Instead it's better to treat it like a ladder and climb it rung by rung.
Add tapping (a mind body tool that soothes the stress response) to the process and you can get to (joy) fairly quickly.
Follow this process any time you’re feelings are at the bottom of the scale and pretty soon you’ll find that you’re mostly in the upper levels of the scale on a daily basis. That’s where I’m at 95% of the time.
A couple of years ago, my son was hospitalized for 5 days due to a condition he developed due to severe dehydration and overexertion. He’s all better now but for the most part, I stayed calm during his hospital stay. Because I spend most of my time in a good feeling place already, I was able to keep my thoughts calm and feelings positive so that I could support him while he was recovering.
Same for when our financial situation was a mess and we had tons of debt, once I shifted my emotions to ones that were more positive and supportive, I was able to keep calm and in a fairly short amount of time, we were able to pay it all off.

YOU ATTRACT WHAT YOU ARE - NOT WHAT YOU WANT
If you are struggling with consistency with your income and prospects or clients that cancel on you or ghost you, pay attention to how you are showing up in the world.
You attract what you are, not what you want.
If you ghost others, you are more likely to get ghosted. If you have trouble keeping your commitments, others are likely to cancel or reschedule with you too.
So decide what kind of clients you want to attract and be that type of person in order to become a magnet to them.
Whatever we think and feel affects not only how we will act but how others will act as well. They reflect who you are back to you.

YOU CAN'T HATE YOURSELF HAPPY

Ever heard the saying "you are your own worst enemy"? We humans tend to be way more harsh with ourselves than we would ever be with a friend or loved one. If there's something we don't like about ourselves, we hate on it.

This is particularly true (for most of us women) when it comes to our bodies and weight loss goals.

We think that hating our bodies or parts of our bodies will motivate us to lose weight, get in shape or whatever. But, it doesn't work that way in the long term.

That's why you might find that you are super motivated when starting a new exercise program but fizzle out and give up after a few weeks or days.

The same is true of money and career. If you hate your current financial situation, you will have a harder time staying motivated to change your situation. To start that new job, business or get out of debt.

The KEY is to shower LOVE and GRATITUDE on your body, your money/career, your relationship as it is RIGHT NOW.

And have a vision for what you want to achieve. That loving energy will help you to create something new and keep you motivated on your journey.

What's Your Big Why?

Knowing your big WHY is key to achieving your goals as an entrepreneur. It will drive you to keep going whenever times get tough or whenever you have an obstacle to overcome.
So, wanting to make X amount of dollars isn't enough. Write down why you want to make X amount.

Is it so that you can retire your spouse? Buy a vacation home? Send your kid to college? Give to your favourite charity? Change the lives of your clients? Buy your dream home or dream car? Travel more?

Create a vision for what you want your life to look like that's so awesome, you become unstoppable.

And be careful that are not trying to manifest a change in your life in an attempt to escape something...such as a job you hate or a mountian of debt.

If you are, then your focus is in the wrong place. You're focusing on what you don't want and you will only get more of the same.

If it's not PLEASURABLE it's not SUSTAINABLE

Ever try to develop a new habit only to find you've given up after a few days or weeks?

This often happens to people around the 3rd week of January. We set a goal to lose weight as a New Year's resolution.

We join a gym and go to workout every day or a few times per week but then, our enthusiasm begins to wane and soon we realize that several weeks have gone by without a visit to the gym.

Then we beat ourselves up for not sticking with it which only makes things worse. Unfortunately, most of us motivate ourselves with negative self talk which doesn't work.
If your boss at work told you that you were lousy at your job and that you needed to work harder do you think you would be very motivated? Not likely. So why do we talk to ourselves that way?

So better to change our self talk to the positive and refrain from beating ourselves up when we don't get to the gym.

Instead, celebrate each time you do get there and give yourself a pat on the back. Love and appreciate your body now matter where you are at and you will be more likely make them new habit permanent.

And the same is true for business. Don't beat yourself up for not getting to your follow up calls today. Tomorrow is another day.

Let yourself off the hook and try again tomorrow and pat yourself on the back for whatever you did manage to accomplish today.

Don't Focus on Solving a Problem Focus on Creating Something New

We are taught from a young age to problem solve beginning with solving math problems in school and learning to tie our shoes so that we don't trip, all the way up to adulthood when we need to find employment so that we can pay our bills.

It's a great skill that serves us well for our survival. But it doesn't necessarily help us when we want to create real lasting change in our lives.

So, for example let's take debt. Most of us have been in debt at some point in our lives or maybe you are at the present time. And, in this case, I'm talking about "burdensome" debt. So, credit card debt, loan debt, etc.

If we want to get out of debt, most of us focus our thoughts on finding a solution to our debt but often times what happens is that focusing on the debt creates negative emotions such as feelings of failure and frustration and our debt only grows.

Instead, focus on creating something new. Now that's not to say that you should ignore your debt and never pay it off, it just means that it's better and more effective to focus on what you want to create to generate those positive emotions such as joy, excitement and gratitude.

Because those emotions help to attract more positive experiences and opportunities into our lives and the debt, will more easily take care of itself. You may get inspiration for a new product or a new business that leads you to paying it all off.

So, focus primarily on creating your dream business with clients you love serving and put a plan in place to pay down your debt, such as an auto payment system so that you can take your focus off it and maintain your positive vibes.

Visualizing your goal is one of the most effective manifesting techniques.

If you find you have trouble with visualization then try scripting it out first. What should you include in your script you ask? Try your best to engage all five of your senses.

So, in your script, describe what you see, hear, smell, taste and feel. The more vivid your description, the more real it will feel. Once you have your script written, you can use that to visualize your goal completed.

I like to add music to my visualizations either with my imagination or by listening to some kind of upbeat music during my visualization. It helps me to get into those positive high vibes.

And, do your best to visualize the end result because otherwise, you may be messing with the cursed how's. Let the universe work out the how's and let go, relax and enjoy the ride.

Cool LOA story for you.

If you're doubting the law of attraction or that there is a higher power looking out for you, one exercise to try is this. Think of something you would like to see in the next 24-48 hours and spend a minute or two visualizing that thing.

Maybe a white bunny, a brown dog, a green car or whatever you choose. Infuse that image with the positive emotion you will feel when you see that thing you've chosen and ask the universe to deliver in the timeframe you've decided on. Then, let it go.

You might go back to that image a couple of times over the next 24-48 hours just as a reminder.

One time when I did this, I chose the image of an angel and asked the universe to surprise me. Well about 24 hours later, I was driving and was feeling on a bit of a low that day. I wondered about my angel and whether I would see it and actually, because I was feeling low that day, I felt kinda doubtful that I would.

Anyway, I was following a city bus and the bus stopped to let a passenger off and as I was waiting...I looked at the back of the bus and in big bold letters the word ANGEL - it was an ad for a Real Estate agent named Angel. I knew that was meant for me and I instantly felt better.
