One of the biggest things I’ve learned, both personally and in practice, is that imbalance rarely shows up all at once. It starts quietly, through changes in energy, sleep, mood, or how resilient you feel day to day.
I don’t wait until I’m exhausted or overwhelmed to respond anymore. I listen early, adjust gently, and support my body before it asks louder.
