Provides a synthesis of clinical, classical and esoteric acupuncture with energy healing. Promoting health and overall wellness for diverse populations.

Acupuncture and acupressure are based upon knowledge gathered for more than 2000 years within Traditional Chinese Medicine. Acupuncture, acupressure and energy healing are natural and effective, with minimal (if any) side effects. This healing combination is holistic in nature – taking into account the patient, their lifestyle, natural and social surroundings. Each modality Heidi (she/her) uses moves energy where it may be blocked within the body, mind or spirit. These shifts in energy foster an increase in well-being. Energy meridians are like your body's electrical system. Consider your home, if there is a problem with your wiring you can plug something into the wall, but it's not going to work if no energy can get to it. It’s the same for you – parts will not work to their highest potential if there are blockages in your energy flow. Treatments with Heidi can focus on a wide variety of issues from physical to mental health to fostering a stronger spiritual connection with oneself and higher consciousness. What to Expect:

At an initial appointment, the first part of your appointment will focus on reviewing your intake form and dialogue regarding what is going on for you currently. The second part of your appointment will be treatment time. Follow-Up care will be discussed with you after your initial appointment. Follow-up appointments range from 1-2 hours. Treatment Time:

If you are comfortable having needles during your appointment, Heidi will carefully select acupuncture points. After the needles are inserted, Heidi will stay with you and provide a mixture of energy work - Reiki, Qi Gong techniques and Advanced Energy Healing. If you are not comfortable with needles, Heidi can use acupressure, cupping or moxibustion therapy instead. These therapies may be used in addition to needles as well. Payment Accepted:

I’ve felt a loss for words over the last week and a half, so have decided to offer action instead. Yesterday, I celebrated the life of Jennie Wiebe and her daughter Zoe, who both died tragically in a car accident last week. Jennie was a beautiful healer and friend. She was a gift to so many people, including me. She radiated love, had a great sense of humour, and sure knew how to hold space for healing (or otherwise). I know she continues to offer these gifts to the world from the other side.

Today it is Jennie’s 50th Birthday. To honour her spirit, her legacy of healing, and the love she so willingly threw around, I decided to offer all Group Acupuncture Sessions in the month of February free of charge (Thursday, February 6th, 20th and 27th at 12:30pm).

These sessions help your body, mind, and spirit move with and through grief, trauma, anxiety, and benefits nervous system regulation, among other things. You do not need to be a current client of mine to participate. There is no sharing, other than the common intention of healing. Everyone is welcome. Please feel free to share this offer with anyone in need.

It was a rough wake up this morning with the election news south of our border. The first thing I did when I got to work was put some ear seeds on to help calm my nervous system and ground me for the day ahead. These are the same points in use for the Group Acupuncture Sessions.

This Thursday, June 27th is the last Group Auricular Session before taking a summer break.

As many of you know, my father passed away in May, so I have needed to streamline some of my offerings in order to continue to hold space for myself as I journey through this time of grief.

I am still offering individual appointments through the summer and plan to resume the Groups in the fall.

The 5 Point Auricular Ear Acupuncture Protocol / Acudetox treatment is a form of acupuncture that is performed by placing five thin, sterile, single-use needles on the outside of each ear. The needles are generally left in place for 20 – 30 minutes (but can be taken out at any time if someone is feeling done).

As someone receiving treatment, plan to be at the group for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 60 minutes. If someone has an aversion to needles, ear seeds can be used instead to provide acupressure to the points. Ear seeds are literal seeds or metal beads attached to the ear with an adhesive tape.

The sessions are held in the office classroom space (right outside my treatment room) with a maximum of 8 people. It is done seated, with clothes on, with minimal talking and no counselling.

To notice the most results, weekly appointments are ideal for 6 weeks or longer. However, there is no required sign up schedule. You can simply book when you feel the need to come. It is completely up to you!

Group sessions are offered on Tuesdays at 7pm and Thursdays at 12:30pm.

By offering the 5 Point Auricular (Ear) Protocol in a group setting, it is more accessible to a greater number of people. Not everyone has the resources or a desire to invest in individual acupuncture treatment. With group acupuncture, more people can be treated at a time, therefore I can charge a sliding scale for treatment ($20-$50).

The same 5 auricular (ear) acupuncture points are used on each participant with this Protocol. Since these acupuncture points are nourishing and beneficial for everyone, there is no intake required or sharing of personal health information. Also, participants do not need to be part of my current practice in order to sign up. This allows more people to receive the benefits of acupuncture at a fraction of the cost. These treatments can assist with: anxiety, chronic stress, nervous system overload, trauma/PTSD, depression, grief, sleep issues, addictions, withdrawal symptoms, cravings, detoxing, and pain relief.

Anytime a group of people come together for a common goal, there is deep power present. Even if each person is coming for different reasons, there is a common objective of moving towards healing, balance, greater ease and peace. This intention brings energy and potency to being together.

With everything going on in the world right now, it’s important to take care of yourself. It's a group session, but there is no sharing or expectations of talking. Come, rest and take some space for yourself.
