Introducing our new program: Pathways Group Fit!

Group Fit is a new group-based physiotherapy exercise program that allows you to work through an individualized exercise program, designed by your physiotherapist, in a group based setting. 💪🏻

It provides a unique opportunity for individuals to exercise safely, with physiotherapy guidance, with individuals of similar functioning. We welcome any adult participant, aged 18 or older!

⭐️Friday Feature! ⭐️

Meet Nimra! Nimra completed her Masters of Occupational Therapy at the University of Brighton in England and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology! She is registered with the College of Occupational Therapists in Ontario and is a member of the Ontario Association of Occupational Therapists. She has supported children and youth in clinic, community, and school-based settings. She has experience in supporting sensory needs, gross motor and fine motor development, oral-motor development, and emotional regulation. Nimra uses a creative, collaborative, and client-centered approach using the child’s strengths and interests to work on therapy goals. She is trained in DIRFloortime®, and uses this approach to focus on play and client engagement in all therapy sessions.
