Perfect for Fall meals 🍂

The word “meal prep” does not have to mean creating 21 meals for the entire week.
Prepare parts for a meal a few days of the week to avoid overwhelming yourself!
A mini veg prep:
- Carrots
- Green & yellow zucchini
- Peppers
- Onions
Add ½ tbsp of olive oil and your preferred seasoning and roast in the oven.
