Christian Horizons, West Services offers supports and services to people who experience disability in the communities of Hamilton, Niagara, Halton, Peel, Waterloo and Wellington. We offer services such as Residential Supports, Supported Independent Living, Community Participation Services, Respite, Employment Supports, Family Camps and more.
