We would like to welcome Dr. Sarah Beker to the Team! She is our newest chiropractor!

Dr. Sarah uses a blend of diversified chiropractic techniques, manual joint and soft-tissue mobilizations, activator-assisted adjustments, and customized home exercise and stretching programs. She also incorporates kinesiotaping, cupping, muscle scraping, and offers custom orthotics to further support recovery, movement quality, and long-term function. She believes in getting to the root cause, rather than just chasing symptoms, so that patients experience longer-lasting relief and a better understanding of their bodies.

Her philosophy is simple: movement is medicine, and everyone deserves to move with confidence.
Sarah enjoys working with patients of all ages and has particular interests in sports injuries, pediatrics, and pregnancy care.

Her hours are Tuesdays from 2pm-8pm and Thursdays from 1-8pm is now available for bookings 😊

Allow me to introduce myself… Dr. Sarah Beker, DC 👋✨

After 7.5 years of post secondary education, countless late-night cram sessions, coffee-fuelled study marathons, and more anatomy terms than any one human should ever have to memorize… we made it 😅

To my friends and family: thank you for cheering me on through every exam-season meltdown, panic call, pep talk, and ‘I swear this is the last exam’ moment. Your support means everything, and I couldn’t have done this without you.

I’m beyond excited to start practicing in Waterloo and Guelph come the new year. Stay tuned for where you can find me!
