I’ve been a little quiet on here lately 🤍

Truthfully, I’ve just been soaking it all in—focusing on work, slowing things down, and getting ready to meet my little boy. He is already so loved (and very spoiled!) thanks to so many of you, and I can’t even put into words how much that means to me.

As I head into my final week of work, I’m feeling incredibly grateful. The support, kindness, and encouragement I’ve received from my patients has meant everything as I step into this next chapter of my life.

I’m going to miss you all so much 🤍 Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and being part of this journey with me.

I can’t wait to share his arrival with you all when the time feels right 🫶

Most of you are aware as you keep up to date on my social media posts, but I sent a reminder via email this morning regarding my schedule so I am following up here as well!

I’m expecting a baby mid-April THIS YEAR! (OMG 🙊). I’m feeling well overall and thankfully am having a healthy, low risk pregnancy, but as things progress, my schedule will naturally start to look a little different over the coming months.

Here’s what that means moving forward:

I’ll be gradually slowing my schedule down as my due date approaches

I won’t be opening March bookings right away, as I’d like to see how I’m feeling closer to that time so I don’t overload myself. I will notify you when I do post this month, but you can also reach out to me to inquire about March bookings if you’d like to get ahead.

There may be the occasional need to adjust or cancel appointments due to OB-GYN visits

I plan to take time off beginning around April, with an anticipated return sometime between June and July to spend time with my baby

At this time, my schedule is filling up very quickly. If you’re hoping to book appointments before my leave, I strongly encourage booking ahead to ensure availability.

I truly appreciate your understanding, flexibility, and support during this season. I’m so grateful for the trust you place in me and for such a wonderful, supportive client community.

February schedule is officially live!

As many of you know, I’m expecting a little one in April, so my hours will be slightly reduced that month as I start slowing down. Since February is still a few months away, I’m preparing for the possibility that I may not be feeling my best — thank you in advance for your understanding and flexibility.

I also may not post March availability on the usual timeline, as I’ll wait to see how I’m doing closer to the date. 💛

Keeping your joints mobile, your muscles relaxed… and secretly growing a tiny human 😅💛

My husband and I are so excited to share that we’re expecting a baby — due April 2026!

I’ll continue treating as usual for now, but wanted to give everyone a heads-up that I plan to take roughly three months off once baby arrives, followed by a gradual return to work.

Of course, timing can shift (babies tend to have their own schedules 😉), but I’ll keep everyone updated closer to spring.

As my body changes, I truly appreciate your patience and understanding if there are times I’m not feeling my best or need to adjust my schedule for medical appointments or rest — I promise it’s all in service of keeping both me and baby healthy 💛

✨ Year-End Booking Reminder ✨

It’s officially that time of year when everyone remembers their benefits are about to renew, the weather gets chillier, and holiday stress starts to creep in — which means things get very busy around here!

As of right now, I’m fully booked for October.
My next opening is November 13th, and my next evening appointment isn’t until December 18th.

I do keep a few evening spots set aside for my regulars, but they’re also going quickly — so if you’d like to grab one, please reach out soon!

✨ Out of Office ✨

One thing you should know about me: I deeply respect my days off. It’s not always easy when you’re a self-employed, one-woman show, but I’ve learned that stepping back with friends, family, and for myself helps me recharge, so I can step back into work at my very best for you 💆‍♀️✨

That means I don’t check Instagram, Facebook, work emails, or work phone calls on my weekends (Saturday afternoon, Sundays & Mondays) — and the same goes for vacation time 🧘‍♀️

With that said, I’ll be away from Thursday, August 21 – Sunday, August 24 celebrating my best friend’s bachelorette in Collingwood 🥂💃 I’ll catch up on all messages when I’m back on Monday.
