So excited to be offering Yin & restorative yoga 🫶
This is a slower pace than what we’ve been doing, a shift from heating movements, to more cooling slow deep movements.
As a therapist this will help SOOOO many people with muscular dysfunction & pain.
This form of yoga is excellent for joint pain helping release connective tissue and bring fluid to the joint.
Also no balancing, or hard poses,which makes it accessible to everyone all ages
