As promised, the LINK for the BLUE MONDAY webinar I did alongside some other professionals. Be blessed. A little summary that for sake of time I couldn't include in the talk.
From October to December of 2020 I couldn’t sleep. I had reached my threshold of being able to cope with the stresses of life – Covid, work, relationships – and I just would stay awake all night long. I had never experienced this before and it made me feel very close to ‘the edge’. But I was determined to not let it be in my story forever. I did some research, and ultimately started to care for myself the way I had asked people to care for themselves over the years. I turned off the news and Social Media, I went to bed early to read and pray. I think the main game-changer was that I started taking my Vitamins very regularly again – I hadn’t done that in years (since pregnancies and nursing likely) – vitamins that did three key things – balanced my hormones (this seemed to be worse when I got my period so I figured it was partially hormonal) with a Female Tonic; took nutrients to nourish my adrenal glands (Plus Multi – the best!); and nutrients to relax my muscles (Magnesium) - I am happy to report that for me, it worked! I have had a full month now of SLEEPING and what is more I can stay up late once in a while or read a stressful article or hear a news item again and still sleep! Hallelujah!
