Mental Health Week is a time for us to shine light and awareness, also encouragement towards well-being.

We can start with small undertakings such as open conversations about related subjects, shattering the stigma bit by bit.

Check in on your friends, if you wish, share your experiences. Most importantly, know that you are worth it and not alone.

‼️ Hello Trivia Goers! ‼️

Although late, behind is better than non-existent!

We would like to thank everyone for their support with our 2025 Trivia Night Fundraiser! It was the talk of the town and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves!

Most importantly, the funds raised go right back into the members lives, building meaningful time spent at the Clubhouse, relationships fostered and personal goals being met.

Next, we would like to congratulate our 3 winning teams (1st, 2nd and 3rd place). Well done!
