Join us for a relaxing and meditative sound experience Saturday March 1st! This event runs for approximately 2 hours and will be held in the yoga studio.

Join Nettie Christine & Amy Rose in your coziest PJs for a relaxing, candle lit Sound Bath. A Sound bath is a meditative experience where you'll be 'bathed' in the sound waves of harmonic instruments as you journey into your heart and calm your nervous system on a very deep level.

It is our aim to utilize sound to return your body to its natural state of peace and wholeness.

You'll experience Alchemy Crystal bowls, gongs, steel drum hangpan, classical indian instruments, Native American flute, chimes of all kinds and more.

Bring for your comfort:
Wear comfy clothes
Yoga mat or sleep pad
Small pillows your head and under knees
Blanket (maybe one on your yoga mat and one to cover you)
Eye mask
