Holiday Hours: Welland McMaster Family Health Team and Fonthill Family Medical Centre will be closed from Noon on Dec 24 until January 1, reopening with regular office hours on Jan 2. Rose City Medical Associates will be closed December 24 until January 2, reopening with regular office hours on January 5.
After Hours Clinics will be held from 9:00 am-12:00 Noon on December 24: Call for appointment.
After Hours Clinics will also be held on Dec 29, 30, and 31 from 9:00 am - 12:00 noon: Walk-in, first come, first served.

As we approach the end of November, we just wanted to put out a reminder that we are still collecting non-perishable food items for donation to Pelham Cares Inc, The Hope Centre, and Port Cares, as well as new or gently used toys and clothing for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Niagara, from now until December 5th. So if you're able to, please bring a donation with you when you come for your next appointment. Thank you for your support!

As we head into winter, we also enter cough and cold season. The physicians we work with would like to remind everyone that most of the time, coughs/colds are caused by viruses and the illness just has to run its course. Most of the time, you do not need to see the doctor or nurse practitioner. There are many things you can do at home to manage your symptoms. Please see this message from property management regarding the change in parking fee for 555 Prince Charles, effective January 1, 2026:

"The health care environment is changing rapidly. We are trying to keep pace to best serve our tenants and the Welland community.

While faced with the rising inflation costs, we also recognize the need to continue improving upon the services available at 555 Prince Charles Drive. In order to meet the increasing demand of patients, the traffic funneling through the building, and to address the suggestions of our tenants, we have moved forward with an overhaul of the property's parking system.
This investment includes both an upgraded software system and replacement of the aging hardware and equipment on site.

We trust this initiative builds upon the gold standard of service we set out to provide our tenants. To achieve this objective, effective January 1, 2026, the parking rate will increase to $5.00"

Our annual Flu Shot Clinic will be held on Saturday, November 8 from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. No appointment necessary, remember to wear a short sleeved shirt.
We will be collecting non-perishable food items for donation to Pelham Cares, The Hope Centre , and Port Cares, as well as new or gently used toys and clothing for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Niagara, from mid-October through the month of November. So if you're able to, please bring a donation with you when you come for your flu shot! The building owners, Prince Charles Medical Centre, will be donating the proceeds from parking fees collected on November 8 to the three food banks as well.
