- 8 squat with front press
- 8 squat with front press into press out
- 8 squat hold with alternating heel lift and press out
- 8 squat pulses
- 8 squat with overhead press out
- 8 squat hold with alternating pulldown and heel lift
- 8 squat hold with pulldown and heel lift (double)
- 8 squat pulses (heels lifted)
- 8 hinge in low squat
- 8 adding a heel lift
- 8 just heel lift
- 8 squat pulses (heel lifted)

These habits are small, doable, and actually move the needle.

You don’t need to do MORE - you need to do LESS, better.

You can’t get it all right, all the time and THAT’S OKAY!!! There is something so beautiful and real about simply being human and showing your personality in class. Accepting that classes don’t always go as planned, cues don’t always come out right (especially after back to back group classes 🤣), you forget something on one side or change it slightly, the music cuts out… the list is endless. But take it in stride and move on (easier said than done I know) but chances are most people don’t even realize or care!!! So take some pressure off, let go of perfectionism in the studio and that’s where you start to evolve into the best instructor you can be 💕

Here’s a breakdown of the series:

*block between knees*
1. Glute bridges
2. Add a heel lift (at the top of the bridge)
3. Hold heels lifted for bridges
4. Hold bridge for heel lifts

*transition block under R heel*
1. Single leg bridge
2. Add extension (as you lift)
3. Hold bridge for single leg lowers
4. Add abduction
5. Just abductions

*complete on the other side*

Try for 8 reps each for maximum spice 🌶️
