😋 Poutine is more than just fries and curds. The GRAVY is Key 🔑!

Poutine is a staple in Canada. Making it is easy. Fries and curds and gravy. Get the gravy right, and everything else is secondary.

There’s the recipe I used:

3 tbs unsalted butter
3 tbs all-purpose flour
2 cups of beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Light Soy sauce
1/2 tsp DARK soy sauce
Pinch of onions powder (1/4 tsp)
Pinch of garlic powder (1/4 tsp)
