Somatic work reminds us that the body is always adapting — to stress, to habits, to injury, to life. Over time, those adaptations can become patterns we no longer need. Through slow, intentional movement, the nervous system has the chance to unlearn, soften, and reorganize itself toward ease. This is the power of neuroplasticity: the body and brain relearning how to move, breathe, and feel with more freedom.
In these small-group sessions, Natalie gently guides you through movements that help release long‑held muscular and emotional tension. As the rib cage, spine, and abdomen relearn to move freely, the breath becomes fuller, richer, and more nourishing. Inside the salt cave, this work becomes even more potent — the mineral‑rich air supporting the respiratory system while the somatic practice supports the nervous system.
