We are nature...but we do not live tapped in to it; we are so disconnected from it. So, it makes sense to me that we suffer. I don't like it....but I know one thing.......SUFFERING IS OPTIONAL in this life. IF we reconnect to nature and not separate ourselves from it and animals, insects, the trees and water.....we ARE NATURE.

I have seen it myself, in my practice with clients for decades. People get healthy when they live more accordance to their natural state. Pure and simple.

Let's not be a statistic and focus on wellness and do it naturally.

Most people think cancer is all about “bad genes” or “bad luck.”
That is a bit of BS. The truth is, cancer doesn’t grow in isolation, it depends on the environment in your body.

Your stress. Your hormones. Your sleep. Your toxic load all the chemicals we breathe, eat and pile on our skin and the ones we wear....and your emotions.

That environment determines whether cancer settles in or takes root—or whether your body remains resilient and says: "Screw you cancer genes, we are NOT turning those on!".

Our body's movement is reflective of our inner world.
I speak of it often, the mind-body connection.

Its how I healed myself and continue to do more healing and how I have assisted many others in my practice, on their healing journeys.

Your mental thought patterns form experiences; simply put, pain in the body comes from the mind. It is created by how you feel and what you believe.

We feel pain because the body stores these negative thoughts, your limiting beliefs, and unmet emotional needs and even other peoples crap (past and those of a cyclical nature) in your body, unable to to be released because of these patterned thoughts and beliefs. Make sense?

Essentially, keeping these feeling trapped, to manifest into pain, lack of sleep, stuckness as I like to say.

This stagnant energy needs you to get that s**t freed up and FLOWING! Like water, it will get icky until it gets moving. Its just energy and you CAN and are capable of shifting this energy.

Your body is listening to EVERYTHING you think, believe and feel (or don't feel). I believe you want to be healthier, unstuck and flowing in life!

What nut is best for the brain is my question I ask you today!

7 KEY HEALTH BENEFITS OF WALNUTS

Walnuts actually rank high amongst the most antioxidant-rich of all foods on earth. I love that they actually look like your brain. ;)

They have very powerful free-radical scavenging powers to help protect against cancer and other diseases. Furthermore, walnuts are high in polyphenolic compounds and phytochemical substances that can have especially strong inflammation-reducing effects.
As such, a handful a day is exceptional for boosting health and preventing many diseases.

That said, here are 7 of the most research-backed benefits of walnuts:

1) Boost Brain Health and Protect Against Alzheimer's
As noted, routinely consuming walnuts can help cognitive function, including memory and focus, and protect against dementia and Alzheimer's.

2) Help Your Immune System
Walnuts are high in a number of nutrients that can help boost the immune system, such as copper and vitamin B6.

Both of these nutrients are also excellent for supporting the health of your nerves.

3) Improve Heart Health and Healthy Cholesterol Levels

Researchers from Harvard Medical School found consuming walnuts may increase levels of feeling full, helping to prevent cravings and thereby helping to manage weight.

5) Improve Metabolism and Cleanse and Balance the Gut
Walnuts are rich sources of minerals such as copper, potassium, manganese, iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and selenium that are essential for helping you efficiently and fully digest foods for energy.

They also aid in detoxification by helping remove toxins and waste.

A Louisiana State University study also showed they have prebiotic properties, in particular increasing the good bacteria Lactobacillus, Ruminococcus, and Roseburia, which can improve your gut function.
