This client. Her name is Trish - she gave permission to share. I met her for the first time in November of 2025. She sees me about every 2 weeks. As you see from her message, she has MS. She has other diagnoses as well, and much trauma in her life. She was using a wheelchair part time when her body didn't have the strength and coordination. Was not able to work at her job, which she loves and is passionate about, anywhere close to as much as she wanted to. Couldn't walk her dogs.

She hasn't used her wheelchair since her first session. Works a lot more and is able to walk her dogs sometimes. Her physio therapist noticed a huge difference quickly. We both observed her improvement, but this text blew me away. Feedback like this, is part of why I do what I do.

​Our nervous systems don't just need "sleep"—they need different types of rest to truly recover from a busy week. Here are a few simple ways to help your body shift into a recovery state over the next 48 hours:

• ​Rest (The Sleep Reset): Prioritize an extra hour of sleep or a 20-minute afternoon nap to allow your brain to process the week’s "data".

• ​Calm (The Quiet Reset): Spend 10 minutes in total silence—no phone, no podcasts—to lower your sensory input.

• ​Connection (The Relationship Reset): Have a meaningful conversation with a friend or family member; safe social connection is a powerful signal of "safety" to your nervous system.

• ​Activity (The Movement Reset): Take a gentle 15-minute walk. Rhythmic movement helps "un-stick" physical tension patterns.

• ​Preparation (The Peace-of-Mind Reset): Spend 5 minutes Sunday evening jotting down your top 3 priorities for Monday so your brain can truly "switch off" for the night.

​Hello! I’m Crystal, and I’m on a mission to help 1 million people move out of "survival mode" and back into their natural state of health.
​After years of searching for a modality that truly spoke to the root of human wellness, I found Spinal Flow. It is a gentle, non-invasive, yet powerful way to identify where your nervous system is "holding" onto stress and guide your body to release it.

​The Experience at Flowing Rivers:

My practice is currently hosted in my home sanctuary in Wembley. It is a space designed for deep relaxation and low-sensory healing. (Yes, you might hear the hum of a busy household or be greeted by my dogs, but once you step into the healing room, the focus is entirely on your flow!)

​What to Expect:

​The Deep Dive (Initial Assessment):

Our first session (60–90 mins) is a partnership. We look at your history from birth to today to find the "why" behind your symptoms.

​The Session:

A gentle touch-based assessment of your movement and posture to find and release spinal blockages.

​The Follow-Up:

Focused healing sessions (20–40 mins) tailored to what your nervous system needs that specific day.

​A Note for your First Visit:

I cried with a 19-year-old girl last week who has been failed by the system her whole life.
She believes she’s fat, ugly, and stupid.

She’s none of those things.
She’s severely dysregulated — and no one ever helped her heal.

She has a list of diagnosis, and an equally long list of medications. Nothing seems to help. She was so hopeless.

We now have a plan to get better. She is committed, as am I. She text me after her first session - already noticing improvement. Hope.

THIS is why I do what I do.
THIS is why Spinal Flow matters.
