Hello! I’m Crystal, and I’m on a mission to help 1 million people move out of "survival mode" and back into their natural state of health.
After years of searching for a modality that truly spoke to the root of human wellness, I found Spinal Flow. It is a gentle, non-invasive, yet powerful way to identify where your nervous system is "holding" onto stress and guide your body to release it.
The Experience at Flowing Rivers:
My practice is currently hosted in my home sanctuary in Wembley. It is a space designed for deep relaxation and low-sensory healing. (Yes, you might hear the hum of a busy household or be greeted by my dogs, but once you step into the healing room, the focus is entirely on your flow!)
What to Expect:
The Deep Dive (Initial Assessment):
Our first session (60–90 mins) is a partnership. We look at your history from birth to today to find the "why" behind your symptoms.
The Session:
A gentle touch-based assessment of your movement and posture to find and release spinal blockages.
The Follow-Up:
Focused healing sessions (20–40 mins) tailored to what your nervous system needs that specific day.
A Note for your First Visit:
To allow me to feel the subtle movements of your spine, please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing (leggings or joggers are perfect—please avoid heavy denim or bulky hoodies).
