Do you know what your “more” is?

This is your time, your “call to action” if you will, to figure it out. Write down 5 things that you wish you could (don’t overthink write what comes to mind) then narrow that down to 3 and again to 1. What’s left, is that attainable? What is holding you back?
Fear, confidence, money, relationships

What if I told you, all is balanced and you can do your number 1 would you then do it??

Having the courage to step out of your comfort and into the unknown is uncomfortable of course, however, if you do not you will be stuck not fulfilling what your heart desires. We hear this continuously …..life is to short and it is true!!

Meditate on what you want, see yourself doing it, imagine how it would feel, like it’s already happening.

The more you put, your true wants and needs to the universe, you will notice things will begin to align for your number 1.

Take a leap of faith walk into your true calling.

Wouldn’t it feel amazing to let go and forgive.

Forgive yourself for staying in the past, forgive yourself for negative feelings, forgive yourself for not letting go of what does not serve you and lastly forgive the people or person who hurt you.

Is there a lesson in all the pain…..can you move it forward and help others what you have learnt and yes you did learn from the pain.

Be patient with yourself with forgiveness, it won’t be natural to you however once completed you will feel lighter. I am not saying it will make those feelings go away but it will help you heal.

Suggestion……

Write out your feelings, this is your first step

Speak with the person or persons that put you in the position that you need to forgive with ease and grace. Speak about how that made you feel, be carful not to accuse as this can possibly engage them into fight or flight response creating defensive responses.

The journey begins with YOU

Live your life the way you are meant to

Do the work
