Audra has been practising law in Manitoba since 2000 and has built a strong and reputable practice. She has earned the reputation of being an effective lawyer and a respected member of the family bar. She has also demonstrated her commitment to individuals with limited financial resources by providing legal services to clients under Legal Aid Manitoba's program for private-bar representation. Bayer Law Corporation* was founded in July of 2008 by Audra Bayer. Audra Bayer is a family law specialist with a focus on the litigation, resolution and mediation of high conflict matters and cases where domestic violence is a factor, in addition to being a skilled advocate and effective negotiator. Audra has completed her certification to practice collaborative law and also practices real estate law with a focus on residential conveyancing within the jurisdiction of the Province of Manitoba. Audra has completed her courses in the LL.M program in Alternative Dispute Resolution at York University in Ontario. Audra has been involved with both the Provincial & National Canadian Bar Association Sections having occupied several Executive Positions over the years and has contributed to the Winnipeg community as a volunteer with a number of schools and organizations. Audra is currently an executive member of the Canadian Bar Association's National Alternative Dispute Resolution section and the Vice-Chair of the Manitoba Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution Secion. As a bilingual practitioner, she is able to offer services in French and English. Audra is a private mediator and is also a co-mediator with the Child Focused Resolution Centre. She has also worked as a mediator dealing with personal injury claims with the Autpac Injury Mediation Project.
