We want to let our community know that our Hot + Cold Plunge tubs are temporarily unavailable while we complete new permitting steps required by Vancouver Coastal Health.

We know this is an inconvenience and we truly appreciate your ongoing support as we work hard to get the tubs back open again. 🙏

In the meantime, all of our other services remain available — Massage with Nick and our RMTs, plus Air Compression therapy. And of course, The Cove will still be open if you’d like to drop by, hang out, and recharge.

If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’ll do our best to assist.

➡️ You can now book MST treatments with Nick on Mondays

✨ Please note: Nick will no longer be treating on Tuesdays, so if you’ve been booking in then, make sure to grab a Monday spot instead! IF you still have a Tuesday Booking he will still be coming in for those.
