She has successfully completed her first year and is now considered a second year student. Taylor has opened up her calendar for Wednesdays, starting June 5.

Prices are as follows…
60 minute massage - $63.00
90 minute massage - $99.75

✨Therapist Spotlight✨

We are excited to announce that student therapist Taylor Bokenfohr will be joining the Westlock Wellness team this January!

Taylor is a first year Massage Therapy student of the Alberta College of Massage Therapy.

Once she has fulfilled her 1000 hour training requirement, she will graduate with her first year diploma in June 2024.

Taylor spent her last 10 years working as an Agronomist supporting farmers in growing healthy crops. She recently took a huge leap of faith in her new career choice as she felt a strong pull towards healing bodies instead of crops.

When Taylor isn't studying, she is helping her dad on the farm, going to yoga, playing any kind of sport, or just hanging out with friends and family.

We feel very fortunate to welcome Taylor and are looking forward to having the opportunity to mentor and support her as she completes her training!

We are excited to introduce Physiotherapist, Jill Henderson to the Westlock Wellness team!⁣
⁣
Jill completed her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Alberta in 2009. She has always enjoyed working with patients to help them understand their injury and facilitate recovery. Jill has worked in a variety of practice settings, but in more recent years has enjoyed returning to her home community of Westlock. Becoming an advocate for health and wellness in the Westlock community has proven to be very fulfilling and rewarding.⁣
⁣
Jill employs a variety of treatment techniques to facilitate recovery, including⁣ manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and dry needling. You can be confident that she will work with you to provide treatment that is focussed on achieving your physiotherapy goals!⁣
⁣
In her free time, Jill enjoys spending time with her family on their farm, downhill⁣ skiing, camping, and Ukrainian dancing.⁣
