Instead of doing a traditional breast lift surgery with breast lift scars, we used dual position for implant and an internal bra to lift up the ni**le.

This technique can be used in some patients only, dependent on a few variables.

A LOT of implants are brought to operating room for each patients surgery!

Knowing exactly how one specific implant will look and fit in a patient is not possible. Even with all the AI in the world (for now anyways).

The 3D programming does not reliably give a good idea on how an implant will look. Trying on implants under a bra will rarely give any idea at all.

Discussing with patients about their goals is the approach we like to take. Inspo pics help as well to give us an idea of what each person is looking for.

During the surgery after the implant pocket in the patient is made, we try on multiple implant sizers to try and find that closest fit to what the patient goals are.

Braless middle cleavage is the goal of a lot of our breast patients.

Did you know that when implants are too big they can drop and you actually have less middle cleavage. Sometimes smaller or moderate sized implants are the key to getting the cleavage you want.

She had a breast lift with silicone gel dual plane placement and as always an internal bra.

Breast implant revision surgery is usually more complex than primary breast surgery.

As a surgeon, you’re never sure what you’re going to find from the previous surgery so you have to be ready to adapt.

In her case, the main issue was that her implant pocket had way too much space laterally, causing her breasts to lose out on projection where she wanted it.

Thankfully, we were able to use an internal bra to correct most of that.

We also used a VERTICAL ONLY SCAR breast lift to address loose skin and the lower ni**le.

This procedure can help with mobility and can put less strain on your back muscles.
