This is a rhinoplasty that focuses solely on the tip of the nose. You’ll notice in the first picture, a very flat top of the nose and very flared nostrils. As you swipe to the second picture, her right nostril has been brought inwards and you’ll notice the difference in the size of the nostril hole compared to her left. And in the final picture both nostrils have been sutured in and you’ll also notice the tip has a much more refined pyramidal appearance rather than the flat appearance preoperatively.
