Are you struggling with grief, loss, an accident, relationships, illness, emotions (anger, depression, jealousy, anxiety) or something else? You don’t have to be alone in your journey. Each of us has a story filled with images, events and emotions. Our story’s difficult parts are often the result of traumatic experiences. Children, adults, couples and families all have a story filled with unique experiences and challenges that are difficult to overcome. I offer therapeutic support using art, nature, movement and words so that better living becomes possible. In-person and virtual counselling is available.
